Das Unternehmen PPBS fertigt seit fast zehn Jahren beschichtete Brandschutzplatten nach Kundenwünsche vornehmlich für den deutschen Markt. Durch zwei Produktionswerke und die Möglichkeit auch Zusatzarbeiten wie z.B. die Kantenbesäumung vorzunehmen können unsere Platten zügig auf der Baustelle oder im Werk weiterverarbeitet werden. Durch die Spezialisierung auf die Beschichtung von Brandschutzplatten verfügen wir über ein großes Know-how welche Platten mit welchem Klebstoff in Verbindung mit dem Schichtstoff die kundenspezifischen Anforderungen erfüllen. Besonders die üblicherweise am Bau benötigten Kleinstmengen können wir qualitativ hochwertig und schnell produzieren. Selbst verständlich liefern wir auch komplette LKWs mit beschichteten Brandschutzplatten vornehmlich in den Farben RAL 7035 und RAL 9010 aus. Společnost PPBS vyrábí téměř 10 let povrchově upravené protipožární desky dle přání zákazníka, a to především pro německý trh. Díky dvěma výrobním závodům a možnosti provádění dodatečných prací, jako je např. ořezávání hran jsme schopni naše výrobky v rychlém časovém úseku dále upravit přímo na stavbě, nebo ve výrobě. Vzhledem k dlouholeté specializaci na povrchové úpravy protipožárních desek disponujeme rozsáhlým know-how a umíme s přesností určit výběr nejvhodnějších materiálů tak, aby odpovídaly specifickým požadavkům zákazníka. Zejména umíme rychle a kvalitně vyrábět i v malém množství, obvykle poptávaném zejména na stavbách. Samozřejmě zasíláme také kompletní nákladní auta s povrchově upravenými protipožádními deskami, především v odstínech RAL 7035 a RAL 9010. For almost ten years, PBBS has been manufacturing coated fire protection panels according to customer requirements, primarily for the German market. By means of two production plants and the possibility to carry out additional work, such as edge trimming, our panels can be processed quickly on the construction site or in the factory. By specializing in the coating of fire protection panels, we have a great deal of know-how about which panels with which adhesive in combination with the laminate meet the customer-specific requirements. Especially the small quantities normally required for construction can be produced in high quality and quickly. Of course, we also supply complete trucks with coated fire protection panels, mainly in the colours RAL 7035 and RAL 9010.
